UCSD Combined Program Sends Dr. Melissa Deer to the California Association of Family Physicians (CAFP) Leadership Training Conference

Congratulations to our very own Dr. Melissa Deer who was selected to attend the California Association of Family Physicians (CAFP) Leadership Training Conference where she will mingle with state legislators and learn valuable skills to further her interest in shaping public health policy.  Melissa is the second combined resident to attend this valuable conference and is an example of the importance of training not just combined doctors, but future leaders for change.  Congratulations!
