Not at all. While we do focus resident continuity clinics on the care of the homeless, underserved and under/uninsured, there are many, many other training environments offered throughout the 5 year curriculum. Residents rotate through Kaiser, with other community clinics, at San Diego's Naval Hospital, and in a number of other well-insured training environments.
