Sarah Lorentz, Pharm.D.

In 2003, Dr. Sarah Lorentz joined the university faculty working with all of the UCSD School of Medicine trainees who work at St. Vincent de Paul Village. Dr. Lorentz provides invaluable consultation to both physicians and patients regarding medication management, and she oversees the work of a wonderful team of trainees (from undergraduate to Doctor of Pharmacy residents) from the UCSD Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences who work with us at St. Vincent de Paul Village, the San Diego Health and Faith Alliance clinical training sites, and the Mobile Clinic.

She is also active in the supervision of students from the HOPE Program who provide valuable support to the combined residents and faculty in the care of patients seen in the SVDP clinic system.
