Thanksgiving 5K a Success: Homeless among 12,000 people to race for wellness

With over 12,000 taking part in a fundraising 5K that raised over $250,000 for St. Vincent's food programs, we can safely say the run was a true success.  But for a few participants the race was especially important...  Several of the runners were residents sheltered at the Village taking part in their first 5K race and taking one huge step toward mastering their own health.  Read more about the event and this inspiring team!
