Twenty five of the most needy and most costly homeless people in San Diego are getting a place to live. A $3 million project to get them off the streets is being funded by private and public agencies.  St. Vincent de Paul will head up an intensive case management and, yep, you guessed it...  a combined doctor will be involved in overseeing the clinical care of this high risk medically and often mentally ill population.  The UCSD COmbined Program will be at the epicenter of the innovative program to help the most underserved among us...
